Our small team here in North Carolina processes and ships every order Mon–Fri. Standard processing/shipping time is 2-4 business days before your package leaves our warehouse — heavier volume periods (big restocks, holidays) can push that out a bit, and we'll always keep you posted if that happens.
A couple of important notes:
- Priority Mail speeds up the courier's transit time once your package leaves our warehouse — it does not jump the line in our own processing queue.
- Once your order ships, you'll get an automatic email with tracking. If tracking shows no movement for several days, or shows "delivered" but you don't have it in hand, give it 24-48 hours (couriers sometimes scan early or misdeliver) and then reach out — we'll dig in.
- Didn't opt into Level 4 Shipping Protection at checkout? We always recommend it — for under a dollar on most orders, it covers lost or damaged-in-transit packages with an easy claims process.
