Order Was Returned to Sender

If you noticed your recent order with us was processed as "returned to sender" please double and triple review your order confirmation email to double check your shipping address provided to us. Sav-Tac is not responsible for any incomplete or incorrect addresses submitted as our shipping system directly uploads the address provided to us, as is, as team does not modify or change the address provided.

Common errors we see: incorrect zip code, missing apartment number, autofill or autocomplete put wrong address, missing street name or number.

Typically there is a small reshipping fee for every order that's returned back to us if we discover any errors in the address provided. If you wish to provide us an alternative address to ship to we are more than happy to ship to another address.
