How To Start A Return or Exchange

We now offer FREE exchanges if you need a different size or color within 30 days of your purchase as long as the original item can be returned in like-new condition (unworn, not washed, no deodorant stains, free from smoke/pet hair/perfume/cologne). We also offer returns for specific items in which the cost to ship back to us is deducted from your refund. We've created a new platform to make the returns system even easier than ever.

  1. To begin your return, please head to our RETURNS/EXCHANGES page
  2. Use your order number and phone number/email/shipping zip code to locate your order.
  3. Complete the on-screen prompt options. 
  4. Please use the provided return label to send back to us within 30 days to avoid being charged for un-sent items.
  5. For exchanges: you should receive your new order information in an email along with any tracking information once available. Your NEW exchange order will ship out once our provided shipping label shows it was scanned in and in transit back to us. 
  6. For returns: once our warehouse staff has received the items back from the original return, they will inspect to make sure it's received in like-new condition and finalize your refund for you with return shipping deducted.
