Sorry to hear it — let's get you squared away. What we can do depends on when you bought it:
Within 30 days of purchase (covered under warranty):
We'll take care of you at no cost. Depending on what's available at the time, that's typically either:
- A free replacement buckle, or
- Just send us a quick photo of the issue and your order number so we can get it moving.
Outside the 30-day warranty window:
Our belts and buckles ship as a complete set from the factory, so we don't sell buckle parts separately — but we don't want you stuck with unusable gear:
- We'll hook you up with a 50% off discount code toward a new EDC belt, or
- If it's just a lost belt loop, most customers have had good luck finding a cheap replacement elastic loop on Amazon.
- If the issue is a stripped/missing screw, let us know — we keep spare Allen screws on hand at the warehouse.
One more thing: our EDC belts are built for everyday carry, not as a duty belt under heavy tactical load — that extra stress can shorten the life of the buckle hardware.
