We apologize for any confusion regarding the size chart. For T shirt sizes, the size chart displays the measurement for the front half measurement so if you are a 44" chest, then the measurement will show as 22 inches which is measured 1 inch below the armpit and spanning seam to seam. The length is measured from the highest point of the shoulder down to the waist.
