A Button Or Snap On My Shirt/Pants Came Loose — Can I Fix It?

This shouldn't happen, and we're sorry it did. If you're outside our 30-day warranty window, here are a few easy fixes that work great at home:

  • Snap buttons: Grab a cheap plastic snap repair kit (JoAnn Fabrics, Hobby Lobby, or online) — comes with everything you need to reattach it in a couple minutes. In a pinch, a dab of fabric glue (Aleene's Fabric Fusion or E6000) will hold it temporarily — let it cure 24 hours before washing or wearing.
  • Jean/pant buttons: Try pressing it firmly back into place, or swap in a screw-in replacement button (available at most craft/fabric stores) for an even sturdier hold.
  • Either way, a local tailor or dry cleaner can usually knock this out fast and cheap if you'd rather not DIY it.

Still within 30 days of purchase? Reach out with a photo and we'll take care of a replacement.
